The villa is located in a very exclusive gated community in Bonita Springs (Spanish Wells - Marbella) with attached golf course.
Bonita Springs is a beautiful city right next to Naples. In a few minutes you can reach the beautiful 28 miles long beach Bonita Beach or Barefoot Beach in the nature reserve. Just a 10 minutes drive away is the Delnor Wiggins Park in Naples, which has been repeatedly voted as one of the best beaches in Southwest Florida.
Bonita Springs offers an excellent infrastructure with an exclusive shopping mall - Coconut Point - and numerous restaurants, designer shops and grocery stores in the immediate vicinity.
