This Villa has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a guest bathroom with toilet and sink. From the master bedroom, the living room and the kitchen you have a beautiful views of the lake and pool.

The open kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired.
The fast Wi-Fi covers the whole house and the pool area.

You can relax in the spacious pool area with a private pool. The pool area is fully screened to protect against insects. So you can enjoy relaxing evenings by the pool until late at night.
In addition, there are sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a Weber gas grill and a sitting area with dining table for 6 people. So you can dine in the shade.
After a successful day of shopping or a long day at the beach, relax in the whirlpool.

The double garage can accommodate only 1 car.

The house is located in the community Crown Pointe in Naples.

Community Pool
The Crown Pointe Community Pool is located at the Clubhouse next to the Lake. Lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas and outside shower are provided. The pool is heated, maintained seven days a week and open from dawn until dusk.

Fitness Center
A fully equipped state of the art Fitness Center is maintained at the Clubhouse for use. Within the facility is a sauna, men’s locker room and women’s locker room both equipped with showers.

Tennis
Crown Pointe maintains three lighted Tennis Courts.
