This gorgeous villa with 3.300 sqft in the Kings Lake community in Naples offers 3 spacious and elegantly furnished bedrooms (2 bedrooms with king size beds and 1 bedroom with two twin extra lage beds) and 2 ½ bathrooms. Ther living area offers an beautiful view of the pool. The oversized terrace will let you relax. Pool area faced south-west.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen with adjoining breakfast area is spatially integrated into the two living areas. The tastefully furnished dining room also adjoins the kitchen. The fast Wi-Fi covers the whole house and the pool area.
Via generous sliding glass doors you reach directly the beautiful loggia, where you can eat outside in the sunshine. The solar heated pool offers a great view of the beautiful lake. In the pool area with outdoor shower are a Weber grill, comfortable lounge chairs and a variety of garden furniture and dining group.
The double garage can accommodate 2 vehicles.
The large cage (aluminum frame with mosquito nets) ensures that no mosquitoes, flies or leaves affect your bathing or eating pleasure. In addition, there are 4 sun loungers, a Weber gas grill, a seating area to relax and a sitting area with dining table for 6 people. So you can dine in the shade.
To the beautiful sandy beach you can reach either in a few minutes (5-10 minutes by car).

The villa is located in the wonderful and quiet residential complex Kings Lake with it's spacious villas and lakes. This very central yet quiet location, offer only a few vacation villas in Naples.
In Naples you will find many fine restaurants, cafes, shops and about 100 golf courses.
The city is beautifully lit in the evening and is considered one of the safest cities in the US. At the end of the main 5th Avenue is also a beautiful beach with an impressive pier, where you can enjoy the sunset every evening. The airports of Miami (2 hours) and Ft. Myers (30 min.) are also easy and quick to reach.
