This spacious house was built at the end of 2016 and was rented for the first time in January 2017.
This new comfortable house with 2.150 ft² of air-conditioned living space, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open living area with modern and well equipped kitchen with kitchen counter and bar stools, dining area for 6-8 persons and a separate guest area (bedroom with king-size bed, bath, living room with TV, couch, dining area, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, sink). This guest area is ideal for families who want to live a little bit apart.
The floor plan of the house and the pool area gives you a very good impression of the generosity.
The south-facing pool is electrically heated, the pool area has a terrace in the shade and a sun terrace. The entire pool area is completely screened to protect against insects, allowing a cozy barbecue by the pool.
With free bicycles available, you can go on excursions in the surrounding area.
The location is in a quiet friendly neighborhood, yet still central to restaurants and shopping. Within 2 minutes by car, you can reach the nearest shopping center. The beautiful beach with beach bar is only 4 miles away.

Location of the house

Quiet location in a friendly residential area in 2 minutes distance to the famous beach road "Bonita Beach Road", therefore also central to shopping and restaurants (2 minutes by car). The beautiful beach can be reached in 4 miles (about 8 minutes by car).
The Mercato Dining and Shopping Center is now considered the gourmet temple of Naples. It is located 14 minutes away by car. Here gastronomy, shopping and nightlife are united. In the numerous restaurants with large outdoor areas, you can also enjoy pleasant outdoor dining on the respective terrace. Known and popular in Naples, the 'Blue Martini' cocktail lounge with live music in the Mercato Center provides nightlife. Alternatively, a trip to the Irish Pub with draft beer is recommended or you choose the Wine Loft with selected wines.
For the youth, the Mercato Center offers a "Burger Place" or the Smoothie Bar in the large and modern Silverspot Cinema.
Golf: Bonita and Naples are the golf capitals of the world. With over 90 golf courses, one inhabitant has more 'holes' here than anywhere else in the US. The nearest golf course is about 0,5 mile away.
