Description of the accommodation

This gorgeous vacation villa in the Kings Lake community in Naples offers 3 spacious and elegantly furnished double bedrooms, including 2 king beds and a queen bed. There are also two bathrooms and a guest bathroom with toilet and sink. The bathrooms are fully lined with tiles, with granite vanity units and the master bath has a rainfall shower. There are two living areas available, each with its own TV and beautiful views of the lake and pool. The oversized terrace will let you relax.
The modern equipped kitchen with adjoining breakfast area is integrated into the two living areas. All appliances are new: fridge / freezer with icemaker, oven with induction field, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer! The tastefully furnished dining room also adjoins the kitchen. The fast Wi-Fi covers the whole house and the pool area.
Via generous sliding glass doors you reach directly the beautiful loggia, where you can eat outside in the sunshine. The approximately 650 ft² heated pool offers a great view of the beautiful lake. In the pool area with outdoor shower are also a Weber grill, comfortable lounge chairs and a variety of garden furniture and dining groups.
The double garage can accommodate 2 vehicles.
In the middle of the pool area, which is shielded from prying eyes and with its wonderful sun exposure to the west, is the heated pool. The large cage (aluminum frame with mosquito nets) ensures that no mosquitoes, flies or leaves affect your bathing or eating pleasure. In addition, there are 4 sun loungers, a Weber gas grill, a seating area to relax and a sitting area with dining table for 6 people. So you can dine in the shade.
To the beautiful sandy beach you can reach either in a few minutes (5-10 minutes by car) or by bike.
The villa is located in the wonderful and quiet residential complex Kings Lake with its spacious villas and lakes. This very central yet quiet location, only offer a few vacation villas in Naples.

Location of the house

This gorgeous holiday villa is located in a quiet but central location and is only minutes away from the beautiful sandy beach. The house with pool to the west side and a large pool area is located in the beautiful and quiet residential area 'Kings Lake', which is characterized by lakes and a variety of beautiful, spacious villas. You can exercise on the tennis court located in the complex. In a few minutes you can reach a variety of excellent restaurants and shopping malls. A shopping mall with supermarket, Starbucks and shops is located within walking distance.
Naples is often referred to as the most beautiful city in Florida. There are many fine restaurants, cafes, shops and about 100 golf courses. The city is beautifully lit in the evening and is considered one of the safest cities in the US. At the end of 5th Avenue, you will also find the beautiful, miles-long beach with an impressive pier that brings the sunset to life each evening. The airports of Ft. Myers (30 mins) and Miami (2 hrs) are also easy and quick to reach.

Living in this fantastic property makes every holiday perfect. The house, that pool, the detailed furnishings and the support have made us the most beautiful travel experience offered which one can wish. The location is great, we could reach everything with short drive trips and Naples experience from its most beautiful sides. We will come back and look forward to the time in this exclusive property.

House Excelsior During 3 weeks we lived in "Haus Excelsior" as a couple. The location in Kings Lake is perfect to the center of Naples and the surrounding golf courses. The house is open to the west with a large lake and so we could enjoy a beautiful sunset every evening. Everything is perfectly clean and of all the glasses, dishes and kitchen tools had more than enough of them. The rooms are furnished with enough linen and for this we used the laundry room every day. Also the pool was cleaned every week in the outdoor area we have spent hours. I can only recommend the house and we will be happy to come back next year. Urs W., Davos

The villa is beautiful and spacious! It is decorated with a great taste! The villa is located on a beautiful quiet street and the pool is facing large lake. Everything in the house is in a very good condition and extremely accommodating! The house watcher was really pleasant and is ready to answer any questions you might have.
