Description of the accommodation

This villa was renovated in 2018 and furnished in a modern and tasteful way. Parquet in the living area and tiles in the bathrooms were chosen for the flooring. The villa has two floors with 3 bedrooms (2 king sized beds and 1 queen sized bed and 1 cot) and 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV.
The fully-equipped modern kitchens invite you to cozy cooking evenings and the spacious dining area offers enough space to eat the deliciously prepared dishes. The pool area is completely screened to protect against insects, so that an outdoor living is possible until late in the evening.
The villa is located in the southwest of Naples in the quiet and gated community Calumet Reserve within the well-kept Lely Resort in Naples. From the terrace you can directly see the public 18 hole golf course 'Mustang'. Right next to the complex there is another exclusive public golf course 'Flamingo'.
Also non-golfers will find peace and relaxation at the private pool. In addition, you can also use the opposite located community pool and the clubhouse of "Calumet Reserve" to relax.

This modern furnished villa is located in Naples in the quiet residential complex Calumet Reserve in the well-kept Lely Resort right next to two public golf courses 'Mustang' and 'Flamingo'.
Shops and restaurants can also be found in the immediate vicinity (about 5 minutes). The beautiful beach at Naples Pier can be reached in just under 15 minutes.
In a few minutes drive you can reach Downtown Naples with 5th Avenue and 3rd Street with exclusive shops, galleries and restaurants.
The quiet location in the green environment invites you to relax, yet you are within a few minutes drive in the heart of Naples on 5th Avenue or at the beautiful mile-long sandy beach at Naples Pier.

Stayed here for 16 nights in June 2022 with my wife and 2 children and we had a fabulous time. Lovely area and neighbourhood. The house itself was great, very clean, well maintained and kitted out to a high standard. The house was well stocked for anyone arriving for a vacation (even down to batteries for a tv remote control). We will definitely return here. The only downside was having to leave!
