This spacious and very well equipped holiday villa in the exclusive and secure 'Briarwood' community, offers comfortable space and privacy for up to 6 people with 4 fully equipped bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The beautiful private pool and terrace area (south-west) has a gas grill and is fully equipped with a screen to protect against insects, which allows you an outdoor living until late in the evening.
Enjoy many hours of sunshine during the day and the beautiful sunset on the lake in the evening. The terrace is partially covered, so you can enjoy both the sun and the shade at any time of the day.
From fully air-conditioned rooms, free Wi-Fi, DVD players and baby equipment, this home offers all the amenities to make your stay in Naples a memorable one. In total there are 4 TVs in the house as well as a micro-system with CD player / radio reception.

Location of the house

The Villa Mari is located in a quiet side street in the very popular residential complex "Briarwood" with numerous lakes. From the terrace you have a magnificent view of the water. Tennis courts and a children's playground are also available in the community.
The beach at the Naples Pier or at the Lowdermilk Park can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car. Here you will find some of the best restaurants in Naples, where you can dine in a pleasant atmosphere. Naples has about 100 golf courses.

The shopping mall 'Coastland Center' with numerous large shops (Dillards, JCPenny, Sears, Macy's, Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister etc.) is only 8 car minutes away. Numerous golf courses as well as the Downtown Naples with sights and shopping are also only minutes away. There are also tennis courts, a beach volleyball field, a children's playground and an additional community pool available to guests of Briarwood, all at no extra cost!

We spent a wonderful time with friends in the very sophisticated, well-maintained Villa Mari.
​
The sunny location with a view of the lake, the furnishings, the pool area, etc. leave nothing to be desired.
​
The property is the ideal base for exploring the west coast, and Miami and Fort Lauderdale are also within easy reach. Naples 5th Ave / 3rd Ave, Naples Pier and restaurants as well as shops are only about 10-15 minutes away by car.
​
We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and recommend Villa Mari 100%. We also love to come back.

Super holiday home with sophisticated equipment, other extras e.g. for beach excursions and special features that you won't find in some other houses. The house is bright, modern and tastefully decorated and very clean.

Villa Mari has a very nice large pool with a wonderful view of the lake. Due to the southern exposure, the pool area has sun all day.
​
We felt comfortable in the 2 weeks of vacation and we lacked nothing.
The house is in a guarded community and the beach of Naples as well as the pier and 5th Avenue are only about a 10 minute drive away.
​
In any case, we recommend this holiday home and look forward to our next vacation in Villa Mari.

We had a very nice stay at Villa MARI. After getting to know several houses, we can say that the Villa MARI in terms of equipment, cleanliness, style and location has exceeded everything previously.
Everything is taken care of including beach equipment, sufficient towels, dishes etc. pp. We really lacked nothing.
The location is also a dream, as you are only 10 min. from the beach and shopping and is also fast in the Everglades and surroundings. Even a trip to Fort Lauderdale or Miami can be done in one day from the location.
We would love to come back !!!
